Welcome to the Red River Higher Education Alliance – IPSE Summit! Join us at Moore Norman Technology Center – South Penn Campus on September 26, 2025 for a day filled with innovative ideas and networking opportunities.

The Summit brings together leadership from Comprehensive Transition and Postsecondary (CTP) programs and CTP-eligible programs across Oklahoma and Texas. This gathering provides a unique opportunity for leaders of college programs serving students with intellectual and developmental disabilities to share insights, updates, and best practices from their respective institutions.
