Call for Presenters
We invite educators, professionals, family members, and self-advocates to submit proposals to present at the 2025 Oklahoma Transition Institute: Plan Your Way OK. Share your innovative practices, strategies, and success stories that support youth with disabilities as they prepare for life after high school. OTI is a collaborative space to inspire, learn, and grow together in advancing secondary transition outcomes.
